We want you to feel completely confident with your purchase. That's why every order is covered by our 30-day risk-free guarantee.
If you're not fully satisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
- We understand that you may wish to test your fragrance before making a decision. You are welcome to spray it once or twice; however, we cannot accept returns of bottles that have been used beyond this limit or are outside the 30-day return window.
- To qualify for a refund, the fragrance and original packaging must be returned in good condition.
- If you purchased a bundle set, the entire set must be returned to receive a refund. Partial returns from a bundle may be exchanged instead.
- Refunds and exchanges are processed once the returned items are received and verified by our team.
